What is a Head Spa?
A Forest Head SPA, healing, and health into a unified experience that leaves you feeling deeply rested. Through scalp purification and releasing tension in the fascia tissues throughout the head, our treatments enhance mental clarity and nurture the connection between mind and body.
Can anyone receive a head spa treatment?
Absolutely! We welcome everyone in to enjoy our head spa services—even those without hair—because of the treatment’s therapeutic benefits.
Please note:
- Pregnant guests can receive head spa treatments
- Please see Spa Policies for anyone with extensions, dreads, locs, braids.
Will I be in a private room?
All of our services are performed in private, serene rooms designed for your comfort and relaxation. Each space ensures a quiet, peaceful environment, allowing you to fully unwind while receiving personalized care from our skilled therapists.
What if I have Extensions, Braids, Locs or Twists?
At Forest Head SPA, we welcome clients with hair extensions however to ensure the best experience and minimize the risk of any issues, we strongly recommend scheduling your Head Spa session when your extensions are completely removed or between maintenance appointments.
Please be aware that we do not take responsibility for extensions that may loosen or become damaged during or after your treatment.
Please Note:
- Tape-In Extensions ARE NOT suitable for head spa services and therefore we will not be able to provide a head spa service for you.
- If we determine that your extensions are not compatible with the service, we may need to respectfully decline the treatment in order to protect the integrity of your hair.
For Clients with Braids, Locs, Twists, or Synthetic Hair:
At this time, we are unable to perform Head Spa or scalp-focused services on clients with protective styles such as braids, dreadlocks, cornrows, twists, box braids, matte hair, or synthetic hair. These styles limit access to the scalp and hair in a way that prevents us from delivering the full benefits of our treatments.
